As women we go through so much in life where we tend to hold it all in. We try to push it all down as if it never happened or like it does not bother us but it does show up in our actions. It sends our bodies into shock and it disrupts our thoughts and our everyday patterns of life and the way that we think. 

Yes, we can and do pray for healing but that is not considered the work! The bibles says that faith without works is dead, meaning if we are not putting in the work to truly heal it wont work. We can pray and feel better for a couple of days and then find ourselves right back in the same cycle of heartbreak and pain. Let's break that cycle for good.
